The Fort Collins experience highlights both the challenges and the possibilities of building communities where everyone has a place to belong. Participants will return home not only with tangible ways they can do service work, but also with a broader vision of what it means to advocate for compassion, equity, and lasting change.
Your group will explore how the topics you’re learning about are relevant to your own community and will develop a plan for how you can continue this work when you get home. Be The Neighbor weeks are learning and launching trips, meaning participants will leave the week equipped to live lives of love, service, and justice in ways that are relational, sustainable, and dignity-affirming!
Be The Neighbor’s summer programming begins on Sunday evening and concludes on Friday morning. You may stay an additional night to explore see the city in this location for an additional $10 per person. Check out is 10 am Saturday morning. Please note that your group will be responsible for dinners and transportation during the week.
