In 2023, a deadly EF-4 tornado devastated Rolling Fork, destroying hundreds of homes, including much of the affordable rental housing in this rural community. Week of Compassion is partnering with Rolling Fork Rising to build new homes and create opportunities for homeownership for renters displaced by the tornado.
